Challenge
The external CRM was overly-complex, difficult to customize, and not very budget-friendly. Instead, the team wanted to build a CRM into the main company product and improve the user experience.
Results
The new CRM fits harmoniously into the Scalens app, and users can stay in the product instead of navigating to an alternative site. The design blends seamlessly into the product, built using the existing component library for rapid development and consistent branding.
